Physical Inventory

3. Download Physical Inventory Collected Data to accounting software.

BSI Asset Tracking



Barcode Systems Integrators has designed a platform for Asset inventories (BSIAT). Its versatility is not only regarding data structures and workflow procedures, but also in system architecture options. BSIAT platform consists of a Workstation application, and a mobile application. Both interact to produce data reliability and process efficiency.


Data structures are variable. Most of the commonly used fields are already included, but User Defined Fields are available for specific needs. BSIAT has no “written in stone” procedures. Procedures can be adapted to specific customer needs. Company Policies can be implemented in a combination of procedures and security.

Variable Database



The SQL databse structure has predefined fields, and User Defined Fields (UDF) for specific customer needs.

The station can import/export data from/to external systems.

Create physical inventories and sync them to/from the BSIAT Mobile application.

Includes predefined Fixed Assets reports, lookup table reports Physical Inventory Reports. Also have custom reports capabilities. (Includes PR Contralor and Hacienda Reports).



Audit trail or history



BSIAT workstation will maintain a untamperable audit trail of all transactions. The report will include which asset was executed with what action by whom and when. It can also be sorted or picked by any parameter.



BSIAT Mobile



The BSIAT mobile application will run in mobile computers, tablet computers, and other devices that run Windows CE, Android, IOS, and others. Licenses for these type of station are one for each device.





-The Mobile application is acts like a mobile variant to the BSIAT tracking system, and it can be configured cloud base only.

-The mobile application also acts as a Physical Inventory Plug-In for other host asset systems (ex. SAP, Oracle, others...). It can also be configures as a cloud based or locally installed application modes.
